Scope: Work to be done is to remove “Stachybotrys” a slow growing mold from one single family unit. The site is located next to the Darrington District Ranger Station at 1227 Forest Lane, Darrington, WA, SR 530 NE. The existing unit and parcel is owned by the Sauk-Suiattle Indian Tribe.

All materials, equipment, labor, and other miscellaneous items required to complete the work shall be furnished by the contractor. All bidders and subcontractors shall have a contractor’s license specializing in mold remediation services to work in the State of Washington.
