Arlington champions in Edmonds Invite; Lakewood gets pins in Jamboree (slide show)

EDMONDS — The Arlington wrestling team captured first place out of 21 teams at the Edmonds Invite held at Edmonds-Woodway High School Dec. 5.

The Eagles scored 203 points and led 29 points over second-place Decatur.

Arlington’s Rubin Crew was champion at 170 pounds. Arlington’s other five finalists were: Trey Swanson at 113 pounds; Christian Evanger at 126 pounds; Gavin Rork at 132 pounds; Jeremy Nygard at 145; and Azariah Crew at 170 pounds.

LYNNWOOD — The Lakewood wrestling team participated in a Jamboree at Jackson High School Dec. 5.
