Arlington doubles Connor Guthrie and Nicholas Mendro move on to districts (slide show)

ARLINGTON — Arlington doubles Nicholas Mendro and Connor Guthrie won third place by defeating Marysville Getchell doubles Nolan Lechner and James Madamba 3-6, 6-3 and 6-1 Oct. 21 at the Wesco Divisional Tournament. Guthrie and Mendro will now advance to the District Tournament held at Jackson High School Oct. 27 and play the second place doubles team from the Wesco 3A South.
