TULALIP – The Greater Marysville Tulalip Chamber of Commerce and Regional Visitor Information Center announced March 3 that Jesica Stickles is its new president/CEO.

The chamber’s Executive Selection Committee spent several months conducting a nationwide search for a leader to fill the position vacated by its 22-year top executive Caldie Rogers, who retired for health reasons.

Stickles has 15-plus years of nonprofit experience in Snohomish County, including eight in the chamber sector. She is experienced in events, marketing, grants, budgeting and volunteerism, as well as in legislative work.

Stickles’ first goals include fostering intra-regional partnerships by coordinating with public, private and community stakeholders to develop and implement projects that strengthen Marysville’s and the Tulalip Tribes’ economies. She plans to develop communication and data tools to better serve chamber members, using multi-media and multi-platform strategies.

Stickles is on the Arlington City Council, where she focuses on city and county economic development. She has served for years with the Arlington-Smokey Point chamber. She and her husband, Jason, have owned and operated a printing business for 10 years.
