ARLINGTON — Arlington police are notifying community members about a convicted sex offender who is moving back to town.

Mathew John Jagger, 29, will be living in the 18800 block of Smokey Point Blvd., Arlington police said. He is a Level III sex offender who was convicted of Rape of a Child in the 3rd Degree in King County in 2002. He is under active supervision.
