Arlington Police respond to robbery at Subway Restaurant

On Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012 at approximately 8:00 p.m., Arlington Police responded to the Subway Restaurant located in the 16800 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for the report of a strong-armed robbery that had just occurred.

ARLINGTON — On Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012 at approximately 8:00 p.m., Arlington Police responded to the Subway Restaurant located in the 16800 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for the report of a strong-armed robbery that had just occurred.

A suspect entered the business demanding money then fled the area on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. Witnesses described the suspect as a white man, between 5’10” & 6’2″, slender build, in his teens to mid-twenties. No weapon was seen or implied.

Police arrived at the location within two minutes of the initial 911 call but were unable to locate the suspect(s). Crime Scene Investigators were able to collect items of evidence that will ultimately assist in identifying the suspect(s).
