MARYSVILLE — Chandler Bishop pitched and was two-for-four at the plate hitting two RBI, and Kendall Fields hit a triple and two RBI as Arlington’s softball team beat Marysville-Pilchuck 11-5 May 3. Arlington improved to 8-9 overall and dropped M-P’s to 12-3. The power has shifted to Everett leading the Wesco 3A North standings (13-4) while M-P and Arlington are second and third.

ARLINGTON — The Arlington baseball team dropped a game to Everett 3-2 May 2, but redeemed itself winning 3-2 May 3. Arlington’s Trevor Kaezn was one-for-two at the plate with an RBI in game one. Arlington is second in the Wesco 3A North with a 13-7 record and will enter the district playoffs seeded No. 4. The Eagles will play at Ferndale Saturday, May 7 at 2 p.m.

OAK HARBOR — The Arlington girls tennis team still dominates the Wesco 3A North, defeating Marysville-Pilchuck 6-1 May 3, and Oak Harbor 6-1 May 2.
