ARLINGTON – On Oct. 3, 2009 at about 11 a.m., a suspect was arrested for a series of armed robberies of payday loan stores in Arlington, Everett, and Mill Creek. The suspect, a 47-year old Marysville man, was taken into custody after attempting to elude the police in a vehicle and then by foot.
The suspect was wanted in connection with a series of armed robberies in the cities of Arlington, Everett, and Mill Creek. The suspect later confessed to detectives that he was responsible for all three robberies. He was booked into Snohomish County Jail on three counts of robbery and one count of felony eluding.
According to Detective Peter Barrett of the Arlington Police Department, the three robbery cases were solved by the cooperative efforts of the Arlington Police, Everett Police, Mill Creek Police, Marysville Police, and the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
