Bust right across the street from Marysville Globe (slide show)

MARYSVILLE – It was like the show “Cops” right across the street from The Marysville Globe around 5 this afternoon.

It wasn’t on the wide screen. It wasn’t virtual reality. It was reality. It was “Live PD.”

Multiple police and Snohomnish County sheriff’s vehicles responded to 1000 block of Cedar Avenue on outstanding warrants.

One officer led a handcuffed man southbound down the streets to a patrol vehicle.A handcuffed woman could be seen on her knees surrounded by police.A K-9 unit also was brought in.

Marysville police Cmdr. Mark Thomas said the department’s NITE team helped, but the warrants were served by the Snohonish County Drug Task Force.
