Ashely Furniture HomeStore in Burlington will host a one-day DigiKids event to celebrate spring, food and fun, but most importantly child safety.

This one-day event will be held at the Ashley Furniture HomeStore at 1955 S. Burlington Rd., in Burlington and will include DigiKids, bounce houses, coloring, face painting, pictures with the Easter bunny, food and more.

DigiKids creates a small CD with two high-resolution digital photos along with medical and identifying information to aid in recovery efforts if a child is lost or kidnapped.
