Arlington Seniors who need advice about handling their real estate transactions can now turn to Cathy Fullerton, a realtor with 360 Home Comprehensive Real Estate in Arlington. Fullerton recently earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council after finishing a series of classes.
Jeanne Watanabe, broker/owner of 360 Home, presented the certificate to Fullerton at her Arlington office.
Seniors Real Estate Specialists help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community and other issues.
By earning the SRES designation, Fullerton has demonstrated that she has the knowledge, experience and expertise to be serve her senior clients with the special needs of senior property owners.
The nationally recognized SRES designation was introduced in 1997.
