Sherry Cox, left, of The Old Bags of Arlington, presents $400 to Judi Waggoner, of Sedro-Woolley. Waggoner won the clubs raffle with a drawing that was held after the Grand Parade on the Fourth of July. The winner had the option to choose between the cash or a trip to Reno.
