ARLINGTON As the city of Arlington prepares to make a call for bids for the Olympic Avenue reconstruction project at the end of January, city officials have announced a special meeting Tuesday, Jan. 23, on two business assistance programs that will help merchants and property owners spruce up their own buildings as well.
