Property values are up 6.2 percent in Arlington and 5.4 percent in Marysville, the Snohomish County assessors office reported June 19.
The change is 7.5 percent countywide, with residential up 8.5 percent and commercial up 6.7 percent.
The total value reached $100 billion, $7 billion more than last year. This is the third-straight year of increases.
