Second bank robbery in one week

Arlington – Just three days after one bank robber turned herself in on the same day that she robbed Arlington Key Bank Jan. 13, the Arlington Police responded to another bank robbery at Bank of America in the 500 block of North Olympic Avenue shortly before 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16.

Arlington – Just three days after one bank robber turned herself in on the same day that she robbed Arlington Key Bank Jan. 13, the Arlington Police responded to another bank robbery at Bank of America in the 500 block of North Olympic Avenue shortly before 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16.

Police are seeking assistance in finding the second bank robber who was wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt, baggy pants, and a black baseball hat.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 25 years old, 5’7” tall and weighing about 140 lbs. The suspect also had medium length light brown / dirty blonde hair and some facial hair. The suspect The suspect implied a weapon, although no weapons were actually displayed during the robbery. The suspect was last seen leaving the area on foot, running north on N. Olympic Avenue.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office are on scene assisting Arlington Police with the investigation. Anyone recognizing the subject in the photograph above is asked to call 911 with information.
