MARYSVILLE – Santa’s elves need your help to assist local families who are struggling this holiday season. There are several ways you can spread holiday cheer to benefit the Marysville Food Bank and Toy Store.

See Marysville firefighters and Santa at Safeway (1258 State Ave.) Dec. 3-6 from 3-7 p.m. They will accept non-perishable foods, unwrapped toys, new books and cash or gift card donations.

On Dec. 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., you can bring your donations to Keller Williams (1027 State Ave.) as they partner with Goodwill to fill a truck with new unwrapped toys.

Donations for the food bank and toy store are also being accepted at dozens of locations throughout Marysville, including government buildings and fire stations. Families in need of services are asked to sign up by visiting the food bank in person (4150 88th St. NE) by Dec. 3. Volunteers are still needed for the food bank and toy store. Contact marysvillefoodbank@frontier.com or fbtoystore@gmail.com.
