MARYSVILLE – The Washington State Patrol needs the public’s help on a one-car, serious-injury accident that took place Oct. 4.

The collision occurred just after 12:30 a.m. on southbound I-5 at milepost 198, just south of Marysville.

A BMW 740 was speeding southbound when it crashed into the jersey barrier in the median. Multiple lanes were closed during the investigation. All four occupants in the vehicle were injured; the three passengers were not wearing seatbelts.
