ARLINGTON — The Arlington Free Methodist Church at 730 E. Highland Dr. will host Arlington Youth Dynamics’ annual “Down Home Derby” spring fundraiser from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, May 29.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. Attendees can buy individual seats or reserve table seating for eight until the day of the event, which will include an auction and a concert featuring Jesse Taylor and Patrick Ulinski.

Event organizers promise barbecue meals and an opportunity to see how Youth Dynamics has served the communities of Arlington, Oso and Darrington.

Guest speakers are slated to offer personal testimonials of how Youth Dynamics changed their lives, and attendees will hear how they can help support the group’s student excursion trips.

Free child care and free dinner for children will be provided.
