Charles Kissell passed away unexpectedly on July 15, 2007.
He was born Aug. 8, 1952 and attended Cascade High School and served in the United States Navy, served on the Eagle Review Board of the Boy Scouts of America in Fresno, Calif., and enjoyed flying model helicopters. He also enjoyed playing Santa Claus at Christmas and moms chicken and dumplings.
He is survived by daughter, Alaina Dent and grandson, Austin, of Gig Harbor, Wash.; his parents, Charles and Betty Kissell, of Mukilteo, Wash.; sister, Rebecca Bressler (Rick), of Arlington, Wash.; and brothers, Russell (Valerie), and Gregory Kissell, of Mukilteo.
Following private family services, internment will be at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park.
