Gerald J Miller, born August 10, 1932 to Stella and John Miller in Yakima, passed away at home on December 26, 2016 with his companion of over 37 years, Bev Day, at his side.

Dad leaves behind three children, Lea Alexander, John Miller and Jim Miller. Three grandchildren, Nic, Russell and Taylor Alexander, and two great grandchildren, Landon and Caleb Alexander. Also two sisters, Judy and Georgene. He also leaves behind his good friend and fellow guitar player Gale Lindal. Dad will always be remembered as a man who could fix or build anything. He taught us about the meaning of a hard days work and instilled in us a good work ethic. He could always be found in his shop tinkering with something and listening to Paul Harvey on the radio.

He instilled in his kids and grandkids his love of classic cars and his can do attitude. He loved serving in the Air Force during the Korean War and later on in the late 1960s and ’70s he was known for the homes he built all around the Arlington area. He will be missed by many.
