On Sept. 24, our Lord in His love for one of his children, called Jerry Sheets home to be with Him.
Born in Chicago, Ill. on August 8, 1926 Jerry was the eldest of three children born to Gerald and Lillian Piette.
She leaves behind her loving and devoted husband of 59 years, Ralph H. Sheets; and their five daughters, who with their husbands include, Diane and Mike Anglin of Woodlands Texas, Claudia and Shelby Harris of Redlands, Calif., Darlene and Tracy McFarland of Auburn, Wash., Debbie Sheets of Puyallup, Wash., Gene Garcia of Mt. Vernon, Wash., and Carol and Mike Larson of Arlington, Wash. In addition she leaves behind her grandchildren, Todd and Dustin Anglin, Chelsea Harris, Nicole, Rachel and Andrew Garcia, and Joel, Ben, Anna and Jenni Larson; her brother, Donald (Connie) Piette; sister-in-law, Mary Piette; nephews, Ronnie, Scott, Jeff and Martin; nieces, Sandy and Heather; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Jerry devoted her life to her husband and family. She loved God and her Savior, Jesus Christ. She lived with the hope that one day she would be reunited in heaven with all of her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Dr. Larry Piette.
A Service of Remembrance was held at 2 p.m., Oct. 1, 2006, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Arlington, 713 N. Talcott Street, Arlington. Interment was at the Marysville Cemetery. All Arrangements were by Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home.
