Jason Allan Hoffman passed away on Sept. 18, 2007, at home.
He was born Oct. 5, 1985.
Jason was preceded in death by his special grandfather, Donald Lee Johnston Sr.
He leaves behind his parents, Kim and Mary Hoffman; sister, Crystal Hoffman, of Arlington, Wash.; his grandmother, Donna Johnston; his grandparents, Dennis and Carol Hoffman; Judy and George Heyes; great-grandfather, Gerald Blakesley; his uncle, Lance Hoffman; Don and Sharon Johnston; Gary and Tammy Johnston; and many cousins and special friends.
A celebration of Jasons life will be held at 6:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 5, 2007, at Viking Hall in Silvana, Wash., with a reception following.
