Our beloved, Kathy Lynne Sather, was freed from her struggle and passed on to peace Jan. 14, 2007, at her home on the family farm in Marysville, Wash., where she spent most of her life.
She was born in Everett on Nov. 6, 1966, to Ken and Carol Sather, and was the little sister to Don, Mike, Dennis, Jeff, and Ann-Marie and sister-in-law to Andrea and Kim. She was a devoted and loving aunt to Kenny, Casey, Kiley, Ilea, Meg and Maclean, and she cared deeply for her animals.
We will miss Kathys ability to make us laugh with her quirky sense of humor, her steadfast love and commitment for her family and friends, and her energy to keep smiling and make the best out of situations. She will be remembered for her enduring spirit and stamina, her love for music, her generous nature, and her desire to keep looking for the light.
We believe she is now embraced by the love of her grandparents, Al and Peggy Crist and Marie Sather; along with other friends and family that have passed on from this life.
The family is making plans to gather privately and celebrate Kathys life. We know that Kathy is now closer to fine.
