Ken was born Dec. 17, 1935 to Orville and Lucille Coonts and went to be with the Lord Jan. 7, 2007. He went peacefully in his sleep after a brief but fierce battle with cancer.
Ken was preceded in death by his father, Orville; mother, Lucille; and grandson, Jameson.
He is survived by his six children, Terri (Pat) Negrete, Tammi Olson, Craig (Darlene) Coonts, Bob (Jamie) Coonts, Lisa Coonts, and Nora (Bob) Frank; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many friends.
Beloved father, grandfather and friend. He will be truly missed.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 12, 2007, at Northwest Baptist Church, Marysville.
