Nancy Anne Jones

Nancy Anne Jones, 56, of Arlington, Wash., was born June 9, 1951, in Mt. Vernon, Wash., and passed away Oct. 25, 2007, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Nancy was a member of the Arlington United Church. Spending time with her kids and grandkids was her favorite thing on her list. She enjoyed quilting, camping and genealogy.
She leaves behind her husband of 31 years, Dave Jones, of Arlington; her wonderful children, Paula and Ben West, of Everett, Brenda and Corey Cowley, of Enterprise, Alabama, Wendy White, of Edmonds, Wash.; and Julie and David Schutte, of Bow, Wash.; brothers, Rich McQuown, of Arlington, Bob McQuown, of Atlanta, Geo.; and Steve McQuown, of Snohomish, Wash.; sisters, Linda (Steve) Hoggarth, of Lake Stevens, Wash., and Barbara Boushey, of Everett; five grandchildren, Jackie and Geno White, Felicia and Nathan Cowley and Brandon Salter; and Nancys ex-husband, Mark Tapley.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Betty McQuown; and mother-in-law, Alice Carver.
Nancy also leaves behind so many life-long friends, too many to mention but she loved you all and she deeply appreciated your visits and cards. Special thanks to Dr. Gjerset and the nurses at Cascade Valley Hospital.
Services were held at 11 a.m., Monday, Oct. 29, 2007, at the Arlington United Church. Interment at the Arlington Cemetery.
Visitation was from 1 – 6 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007, at Weller Funeral Home.
