Paul Arnot Wesson

Paul Arnot Wesson, 93, passed March 29, 2007 at home in his favorite chair in Arlington, Wash.
He was born to Robert and Eva Wesson Aug. 26, 1913 in Arlington.
Paul graduated from Arlington High School in 1931 and Edison Technical School of Seattle, Wash., in 1942. His career included working for Boeing and being a contract timber cutter. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Arlington.
Paul had a great love of the outdoors enjoying hunting, fishing, and trapping. He was an excellent carpenter and took pleasure in music. Paul was a hardworking, dependable man who was also a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 73 years Ardis (Boivin) Wesson in 2003; sons Gordon and Douglas Wesson; grandchildren Brad and Vincent; siblings Robert Wesson, Grace Wesson McKelvey; daughter-in-law Maryln Wesson, son-in-law Chuck Charles Strid and granddaughter-in-law Christy Wesson.
Surviving Paul are his children, Patricia (Jerry) Strid-Turk, Kenneth (Lola) Wesson, Dale Wesson; daughter-in-law Wanita Wesson; 14 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren, all of Arlington.
A rosary service was held Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at 7 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Arlington. A funeral mass was held Wednesday, April 4, 2007, 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Arlington Municipal Cemetery, 20310 67th Ave. NE, Arlington.
