Ruth Hellon Sandefer, 73, of Arlington, Wash., passed away peacefully Nov. 11, 2007, at home with her loving husband by her side.
Ruth was born Oct. 11, 1934 in Alicia, Ark.
Ruth is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Dexter Smokey Sandefer; her children, Helen Jeanette Colona, Ron Adams, Andy (Donna) Adams; sister, Leoda Brightwell; seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Ida Luther; brothers, Ernest, Ray and Roy; sisters, Leon, Juanita, Elva, Giva, Effie, Levada and Anita; and grandson, Joshua Adams.
Ruth was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, who touched so many hearts whom were blessed to have known her through her joyous journey of life.
We will all miss her so very, very, much.
Memorial services were held at 2 p.m., on Nov. 20, 2007, at the 92nd Street Church of Christ, Marysville, Wash.
