Steven Gary Birkestol, 59, born October 4, 1957, passed away in Everett, WA on April 02, 2017. Born in Arlington, WA to the late Gary Birkestol and Carol (maiden name Goodridge) Lindgren-Brooks, Steve was an elder of the Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians. In his youth, Steve enjoyed motocross racing with his brothers. He tried his hand at various vocations. For the Stillaguamish Tribe Steve was a fish tagger, a Fisheries officer and also a tribal fisherman. Steve was a longtime collector of comic books and baseball cards. His greatest talent was his art. Steve could draw or paint anything, and it would be amazing.
