Wayne Edward Hatch

Wayne was born Dec. 21, 1956, in Everett and was called to be with the Lord on Feb. 12, 2007, in Everett.
He grew up and attended school in Everett and moved back home to Tulalip during the 70s. Wayne was devoted to his son, nieces and nephews and his great nieces and nephews. He loved family gatherings and trips to Las Vegas, Nev. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, playing slot machines, reading and walking. He also enjoyed watching wrestling with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Cyrus B. Hatch Jr.; his mother, Emily A. Beatty; his sister, Holly A. Hatch Jones; and numerous aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his son, Wayne Flores; his siblings, Sharon Morken, Cyrus Hatch III, Marilyn Flores and Myrna Pacheco; his nieces and nephews, Wendy, Corey, Jesse, Samantha, Nickie, Cyrus IV, Belinda, Dominic, Ben, Sarina, Vanessa, Misty, Matt, Jolene, Yolanda, Santos, Christina, Elijah, Cyrus, Alicia, Sarah and David; his aunts, Barbara Murphy and Betty Smith; his uncles, Verle Hatch, Sam Reyes, Cliff Ervin; and his special friend, Gordon Flash Cheer.
Viewing was held from 1 – 2 p.m., Friday, Feb. 16, 2007, at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home, Marysville, Wash. An Interfaith Service was held at 6 p.m., Friday, Feb. 16, 2007, at the Tulalip Tribal Center. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 17, 2007, at the Tribal center. The burial followed at Mission Beach Cemetery.
