Dads greatest joys in life were his children and grandchildren. They made his eyes sparkle like diamonds and his heart glitter like gold. Dad, its only been a few days since you went to join the angels but our hearts ache for you more than words could ever show. If we could have one wish, it would be to have one more day with you and if for every tear weve cried could bring you back we could have a lifetime left with you.
A memorial service was held at 3 p.m., on Sunday, Dec. 2, 2007, at First Baptist Church, Arlington.
Dad served a full tour of duty in Germany. He will be laid to rest with full honors at a later date at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, Wash.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in remembrance of William M. Cook to Youth Dynamics, Arlington or Chiildrens Hospital, 4800 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle WA, 98105.
