When will the City of Arlington put into effect a tent city ordinance? Will they wait until a tent city appears on an Arlington parking lot?

When will the city of Arlington put into effect an ordinance to ban all sales and use of fireworks every day of the year? Will they wait until a relative of the the City Council is seriously injured? Will they wait until personal property of the Council has their own property damaged?

When will these questions be answered?
