Arlington baseball plays Saturday; M-P ousted; Tommies, Eagles play Saturday in soccer playoffs; Cougars season ends

Oak Harbor, which played the Eagles close in three games last week, but lost all three, will play at Arlington again Saturday at 2 p.m. in the first round of the 3A District 1 Baseball Tournament.

In a loser out game Thursday, Marysville-Pilchuck lost to Lynnwood 11-5, ending the Tommies season.

In soccer, Arlington beat Lynnwood 2-1 in a 3A District 1 Tournament play-in game.

As a result of the win, the Eagles will play Wesco North champion Marysville-Pilchuck at M-P Saturday at 2 p.m.

In a 2A District 1 Tournament game Thursday, Lakewood fell to Cedarcrest 5-0, ending the Cougars season.

In a Northwest 2A softball game Thursday, Lynden beat Lakewood 5-2.
