ARLINGTON — What’s Bloomin’ Now Floral & More will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, April 19.

Located at the Gateway Centre, at 3704 172nd St. B-2 in Arlington, What’s Bloomin’ Now Floral & More is a woman-owned small business that aims to offer excellent customer service for all floral needs by creating a unique, personal atmosphere in-store and online.

The first 25 customers to come in at 11 a.m. on April 19 will receive a free rose, and Arlington Mayor Barbara Tolbert will take part in a ribbon cutting ceremony at 12:30 p.m., followed by refreshments at 1 p.m.

Raffle tickets will be given out for a free flower arrangement, for which the drawing will be held at 3 p.m., while door prizes will be given out throughout the day.

What’s Bloomin’ Now Floral & More has flower arrangements for all the special occasions, or just because. The shop can send flowers across the country or deliver them locally, for an additional fee.

The shop has gifts and handcrafted items for sale, made by local crafters and artists, and also offers a one-stop shop for party and wedding planning needs. The store’s goal is to provide customers with a place where they can come and plan their party or wedding by meeting with all the vendors at one time.
