ARLINGTON – The Fourth of July parade in Arlinton featured everything from big trucks to tractors, political candidates to candy.

Hundreds and hundreds of people lined Olympic Avenue for the festivities.

Many churches also had entries in the parade.

The Arlington Community Band performed. It forms each year just for this parade because schools are out so there would be no band without it.

An hispanic group with dancers, singers and musicians, and horse riders proved to be a hit with the crowd.

Tiny flags were seen up and down the street as one parade entry passed them out. All forms on the nation’s military were honored on another entry, and some military vehicles also made their way down the street..

Dance and cheer squads also entertained the crowd with their routines, along with classic automobiles and motorcycles.
