Arlington blanked in state quarterfinals

ARLINGTON — The Arlington girls soccer team was blanked 3-0 by Seattle Prep in the quarterfinals of the 3A state tournament Nov. 12. The Eagles are eliminated from the playoffs. Arlington finished No. 1 in the Wesco 3A North league with a 16-3-1 record.

Marysville-Pilchuck had eight athletes selected to winter-season Wesco 3A North all-league teams, while Arlington had six and Marysville Getchell four.
