Miles Lee Bryant, Smiley to his close family and friends, went to find peace with the Lord on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2007, in Everett, Wash.
Miles was born on July 9, 1965, in Colorado where he spent most of his life.
He met and married his first wife, Debra in Ft. Collins, Colo.
He moved with his family to Washington state in 1987 to be near his mother, brother and sister. While living in Washington, Miles spent some time in Yakima. While there, he made a few life-long friends. He settled in the Everett, Wash., area where he met and married his second wife, Catrina.
Miles was a man of many talents, he started working as a construction foreman at a very young age, went on to do mason work in the Seattle, Wash., area and eventually joined the union to become a Pile Driver.
There werent too many tasks that he couldnt accomplish.
Miles was full of life; he loved his family and friends with everything he had. He was happiest when he was enjoying nature. Words cannot describe the amount of love he held for all of Gods creations. He also enjoyed listening to music, fishing with his brother and going to church where he made numerous friends.
He is survived by his wife, Catrina; three sons, Jonathan, Miles Jr., and Jeremiah; one daughter, Dijen, of Colorado; his parents, William and Tiesook Hardin, of Arlington Wash.; and Eldon M. Bryant, of Bay Pines, Fla.; one brother, Mitchel Bryant and wife, Rachelle, of Arlington; one sister, Moya Zeigler; and brother-in-law, Hershel Zeigler; two nephews, Joshua and Zachary, of Yakima, Wash.; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; special friends, Mickey and Evelyn Jones Grandma and Grandpa, of Everett, Arnie Hammond and family, of Pacific, Wash.; and David E. Stowell, of Earth; and too many other family and friends to list.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Garlon and Anna Bryant; and first wife, Debra.
Visitation was held 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday, at Gilbertson Funeral Home in Stanwood, Wash. Funeral services were held 1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 5, 2007, in the chapel of Gilbertson Funeral Home. Concluding services were held in the Anderson Cemetery, Stanwood.
