ARLINGTON — The Arlington High School Bands will conduct their 17th annual Car Wash-A-Thon on Saturday, Sept. 28.
ARLINGTON — Foster’s Produce & Corn Maze will host its annual Fall Pumpkin & Corn Maze Festival throughout the month of October, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct. 1-31, giving visitors a chance to celebrate their farmers and the harvest season on a local farm, and to reward their tastebuds with fresh-picked sweet corn and other farm goodies.
The Snohomish County Solar Tour 2013 is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 21, as part of the American Solar Energy Society’s national solar tour.

ARLINGTON — The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit is investigating the death of a woman found at a house fire in the 16000 block of Jim Creek Road on the evening of Saturday, Sept. 14. The fire was reported at approximately 9 p.m. by a neighbor, and was responded to by members of Arlington Heights Fire District 21.

SMOKEY POINT — Dr. Justin Smith and the staff of Arlington Pediatric Dentistry will be hosting the John Walsh-endorsed Lifeprint child safety program from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5.
SMOKEY POINT — When Domino’s Pizza opens the doors of its latest location in Smokey Point on Friday, Sept. 13, it will donate 100 percent of that branch’s sales for the day to the Children’s Organ Transplant Association to help Lacey Ernst, a 5-year-old Arlington girl in need of a heart transplant.
