Gleneagle Clubhouse throws holiday party for Arlington Food...

ARLINGTON — For the second year, the Gleneagle Family Restaurant Bar and Grill will serve as the site for a holiday party to benefit the Arlington Food Bank and other local charities.
According to spokesperson Ed Roach, last year’s fundraising party raised $1,000 in cash. This year’s fundraiser takes place on Dec. 11 at 7619 Country Club Dr. in Arlington and kicks off with a social hour starting at 5:30 p.m., followed by a prime rib and salmon buffet at 6:30 p.m. A DJ will provide music for attendees to dance to until 8 p.m., when Santa Claus and his helpers will arrive at the Gleneagle Clubhouse in a decorated Arlington fire truck to collect the donations.
