Arlington girls golf wins, M-P girls tennis lose (slide show)

ARLINGTON — The Arlington girls golf team defeated Marysville-Pilchuck 268-325 at Gleneagle Golf Course April 14. MARYSVILLE — The Marysville-Pilchuck girls tennis team lost to Oak Harbor 4-3 April 14. Singles winners were: Claire Esser 3-6, 6-4, 6-4; and Megan Gross 7-6, 2-6, 10-7. Doubles winners were Jessica Mascowitz and Sara Vanderway 6-3, 6-2.

OAK HARBOR — No. 1 Wesco 3A North Marysville-Pilchuck baseball team defeated Oak Harbor 6-2 April 14. M-P is 5-0 in league and 8-2 overall.

ARLINGTON — The Arlington baseball team improved to 5-5 with a 3-2 win over Marysville Getchell April 14.

EVERETT — The Lakewood baseball team was shut out by the No. 1 Cascade Conference Archbishop Murphy 10-0 in six innings April 14.

SHORELINE — The Marysville Getchell boys soccer team was blanked by Shorecrest 3-0 April 14. MG’s record is 1-9-0.

STANWOOD — Ernest Addock, Sebastian Navarro, Zack Troupe and Chris Correa scored goals for Marysville-Pilchuck to blank Stanwood 4-0 April 14.

ARLINGTON — The Arlington girls tennis team lost all seven matches to Stanwood April 14.

EVERETT — The Marysville Getchell girls tennis team lost to Everett 5-2 April 14.
