LAKE STEVENS — Fourteen musicians from Haller and Post middle schools participated recently in the Mount Pilchuck Music Educators Honor Band Festival. ARLINGTON — Using $500,000 left over from the North Olympic Avenue project, the city is planning to remodel its first fire station, Fire Station 46, on MacLeod Avenue in downtown Arlington.
ARLINGTON — At approximately 4:30 a.m., Feb. 21, the Arlington Police Department began receiving the first of 19 calls to 9-1-1 from home owners in the Gleneagle neighborhood. Residents were reporting subjects attempting to break into vehicles in the neighborhood, said the city of Arlington’s spokeswoman, Kristin Banfield.

Arlington police detectives are continuing their investigation of the BECU-ATM thefts at a machine located in the 3700 block of 172nd Street. At this time it is known that at least 13 different cards were used to access more than $62,000, most of which did not belong to those who took it out.
