Angeline Angie L. Cox, 60, passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 12, 2007, in Everett, Wash., with her husband and daughter by her side.
Angie was born on July 16, 1947, in Walla Walla, Wash., to Alvin Albert Koch and Katie A. (Horning) Koch.
Angie grew up in Hermiston, Ore., with her brother, David Koch, sister, Eunice (Koch) Flanagan, and sister deceased, Alvina (Koch) Thompkins.
Angie graduated from Hermiston High School and Blue Mountain Community College in Oregon. Out with her best friend, Donna Hughes, one night she met William Lee Cox, and soon thereafter moved to Everett, Wash. William and Angie married Dec. 30, 1972, at New Westminster Presbyterian Church in Everett. Together, they operated General Burgers drive-in restaurant in Marysville, Wash.
Angies favorite times were going to movies with family, going to her Lutheran church, cruise and travel vacations and spending time with her little dog, Missy. She will be greatly missed. Angie has now entered into the arms of the Lord forever.
Angie is survived by her husband, William Lee Cox; her son, Robert F. Cox; daughter, Cathlene J. (Cox) Moore; her expected grandchild in February 2008; her brother, David Koch, her sister, Eunice Flanagan; and nieces, nephews and friends.
Angies viewing was held 4 – 8 p.m., on Friday, Sept. 21, 2007, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Lynnwood, Wash. Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007, at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Everett.
Family requests that all gifts and donations in remembrance of Angie be sent to the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
