Lloyd Thomas Jackson

Lloyd Thomas Jackson, 93, of Stanwood, Wash., formerly of Monterey Park, Calif., died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2007, in a Stanwood retirement home.
He was born May 11, 1914, in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Lloyd was a veteran of World War II serving in the United States Army, he was in the fighting at Ardennes, Rhineland and central Europe. He had been a stock clerk for Cannon I.T.T. Electric for many years.
Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel Paul and Olive Gertrude Shattuck, Jackson; and his twin brother, Floyd Tillman.
He leaves his beloved wife, Isabell, of Stanwood; son, Donald Lloyd Jackson; daughter, Opal Jean and husband, Roger Cocke, of Camano Island, Wash.; and one sister, Opal Ganber; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2007, at Gilbertson Funeral Home, Stanwood.
Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Glendale, Calif.
