The Eagle boys basketball team won the first game in the Wesco 4A District 1 Tournament at home against Mariner High School on Tuesday, Feb. 5.
SNOHOMISH – Four Arlington wrestlers made it into the top of their weight class at the Wesco 4A Regional Tournament at Snohomish High School on Feb. 8-9, qualifying them for the State 4A Wrestling Tournament at the Tacoma Dome on Feb. 15-16.
SNOHOMISH — The Eagles boys basketball team won an important victory on Friday, Feb. 8, when they topped Edmonds-Woodway 58-47 at Glacier Peak High School in a Wesco 4A District 1 semifinal game.
MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — The Lady Eagles basketball team clinched another important victory on Saturday, Feb. 9, when they topped the Snohomish Panthers 45-26 in the Wesco 4A District 1 semifinal game at Mountlake Terrace High School.

Terry Dawn, a senior at Arlington High School, has been named the WIAA/Seattle Times State Athlete of the Week for the second year in a row, while he and AHS English teacher and basketball coach Nick Brown have been named the Outstanding Student and Outstanding Teacher of the Month for January by the Rotary Club of Arlington.
