ARLINGTON — On Sunday, May 5, Arlington Police arrested two 19-year-old male suspects from Arlington for investigation of robbery in the first degree and assault in the second degree, related to three armed robberies of an espresso stand and two convenience stores in downtown Arlington that occurred over the weekend. The suspects are also believed to be responsible for the Feb. 5 armed robbery of Moe’s Espresso, located in the 100 block of W. Division Street.

ARLINGTON — The Snohomish County Medical Examiner has identified the male victim involved in an accident on the Stillaguamish River on Sunday, May 5, as 54 year-old Jay R. Griffin from Everett. The Medical Examiner’s Office has listed the cause of death as drowning.
