ARLINGTON — The Arlington Police Department is forwarding charges to the Snohomish County Prosecutor for a 44-year-old Mount Vernon man who was arrested by Bellingham Police on Tuesday, Jan. 21, in connection with a series of burglaries at a number of businesses in Bellingham.
