Benjamin Frank Rosander

Benjamin Frank Rosander, 58, of Marysville, Wash., died from cancer on Feb. 20, 2007, at his residence.
Rosander served in the Navy for 22 years as a Chief Master at Arms. He also served faithfully for over 10 years as a volunteer financial clerk for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He is survived by his wife, Robin, of 36 years; and six children, Eric, of Ogden, Utah, Steven, Paul, Samuel, Amanda (Lee) and Makayla, of Marysville, two step-grandchildren, Brandon and Sean; two grandchildren, Anabeth Lee and Thomas Lee; daughter-in-law, Linda; and son-in-law, Jason Lee, also of Marysville; brother, Charles Chuck Rosander; and sister-in-law, Leslie, of Great Falls, Mont.; and stepmother, Dee Rosander, of California.
Rosander was born in Whitefish, Mont., and graduated from Charles M. Russell High School in Great Falls.
His hobbies included writing and charitably serving members of his church.
A 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 24, 2007, a funeral was held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Marysville, Wash. Viewing was at 1:30 p.m. He was buried with full honors on Monday, Feb. 26, 2007, at the Tahoma National Cemetery.
