Mary Blanche Smith, 68, passed away peacefully July 12, 2007.
She was born in Great Falls, Mont., November 28, 1938.
After a short period of time on the East Coast pursuing her dream to become a singer she moved to the Pacific Northwest in her early 20s to be with family. She lived the remainder of her life in Washington where she worked, married and had many friends.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Clarence Smith Jr. of Marysville, Wash.; their son Charles Brett Smith of Marysville; two brothers, Carl Ranta of White Sulphur Springs, Mont.; and Michael (Betty) Ranta of Mukilteo, Wash.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
